Location was good. Close to shopping centres and Impact Arena. Room was big enough and AC worked well. I arrived very late but staff was available to talk with me on the app to help.
It is a bit old and one chair was broken. Booking.com's direction was incorrectly linked to the map. When I used Grab from the link, it led to different address which made me lost at night.

great clean, facitilies good, the apartment has a prime position, quite near the impact, only 8 minutes by walk, good for me.
Anyone who first come to Bangkok please notice the traffic jam problems in the city... please count more time, or you will miss the flight.
wifi should be improve, should be pocket wifi at least , no more test wifi, test wifi low signal and cannot be connected, unavailable.
TV should be better, only 8 local channels, hope more international channel...
probably I ask too much, you know it's very good price.
