the room was not really clean, the window on the right in the living room was broken did not lock properly, the rolcurtian in the sleeping room was broken.

Easy to find, private, great with free parking. Comfortable couches, cozy and good size apartment suitable for our family of 4 for a short 1 night stay.
Unfortunately it was quite dirty: floors, oven, shower and couch cushions. Many parts of the apartment and furniture look like they need repairing and upgrading (powerpoint hanging off wall, wardrobes, window frames, trims and flooring). Was fine for a short stay, but more attractive if some thorough cleaning and repairs were made.
