The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).
- Villa Features -
This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa is located on the 3rd floor of the Beach Tower, offering views of the lagoon pool and lagoons 2 and 3. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 8. It does not have a sofa bed in the living room, so additional guests will be provided with a rollaway bed and floor futons.
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private en-suite bath with a deep tub, double sinks, walk-in shower, and access to the lanai with views of the pool and southwest coast.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a 3/4 bath just outside the door in the hall.
- Third Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) with a private bath.
Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.
- Dining table for 6 plus kitchen island seating, perfect for family gatherings.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom
- 1,500 sq. ft of living space to spread out and relax.

Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.
We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Great communication from host and very accommodating for our family vacation. High chair, stroller, and pack'n'play being available was a huge help for us in our travels. The property's pool and beach access was great for our little one. Thank you!

Perfect stay in Ko Olina! The villa was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal for enjoying the lagoons and relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Great experience.

The front desk gives different information from the realty company of this villa. They do not provide enough towels for a week stay with a family of 6. The door would not open with the key card. We literally had to go to the front desk over 10 times. I notified the owner when th a response of “Keep working with the front desk being that the u it is a little old” the thermostat was impossible to adjust. Not work the expensive cost! Will never use them again
