This 3rd-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa is located on the poolside of the Beach Tower and is perfect for couples or families. Two of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa features stunning views of the lagoon pool and lagoons 2 and 3. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (children under 2 are excluded from the count).
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private en-suite bath with a deep tub, double sinks, walk-in shower, and access to the lanai with views of the pool and southwest coast.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a 3/4 bath just outside the door in the hall.
- Third Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) with a private bath.
Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

We’ve stayed at this resort 3 times and this was by far our best experience yet. Beautiful views and loved the unit. Host was exceptional and so kind. Thanks again!

Great facilities. The private cove was wonderful. Rob took great care of us by the ocean. It was great to have our family of adults and teens all under one roof and not cramped. The Beach Tower 307 was nice. Some of the appliances made some noise when used but it didn’t get in the way of our stay. Parking was especially easy and accessible! We would stay here again for sure!

On day 1, we experienced a problem with the dishwasher. A text was sent to Angel, then somebody came to look at it. He said he needed a request from Angel to do the necessary repairs. He came later that evening and said the dishwasher was repaired. We didn’t even get to use it before the beeping and error message “F1” started again. Several texts were sent to Angel to request repairs, but no one came to look at the dishwasher again. There were 6 of us in the condo, so without a dishwasher, we had to hand wash a lot of dishes. We were very unhappy with this development. Also, there were only 4 beach chairs for 6 people. It was well documented that there were 6 of us, so why wouldn’t there be 6 chairs??? Also problems with the TV in the living room. Someone did come to help rectify this issue. However, the TV did shut down occasionally for no apparent reason. The other issue we had was with the swimming pool. Rules are posted which clearly state “no jumping, horseplay, boogie boards, excessive noise, etc.”. It is stated that these rules are strictly enforced. All of these rules were broken, which made it very unpleasant for us. Who is responsible to enforce these rules? We also reported to Angel that we saw a large cockroach in the living room. She said to just keep the door closed and none would get in. This was absolutely untrue, as we saw it come in under the patio doors. Why wouldn’t someone come with insecticide?
