Great location.
Clean and private. The air conditioning was especially appreciated on a warm day.

We were late arriving, the owner was very welcoming.
Secure parking was off road behind a lock gate, ideal for bikers.
Breakfast was good.
The room was clean, we stayed in 5 hotels during our bike tour and this was the only one that supplied tea & coffee in the room.
Gardens with table and chairs were available to to use.
Value for money.
