Kit was ok

Looked a bit run down from the outside

We didn't have many expectations for the hotel due to the low price. Yes,.facilities are basic but the hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was small, especially when we pulled down the Murphy bed for our son but all we wanted was somewhere to lay our heads after a long day travelling. It was perfect. We had a car so where able to drive for restaurants etc but seemed to be plenty around. Also very close to tram into Bordeaux

Cannot fault anything.

As always this is a very convenient and affordable hotel. Well kept, wonderful staff and everything I need.

This is not the fault of this hotel, but when you turn the water on in the bathroom sink, it sprays the front of your clothes with drops of water. The shape of the sink does not retain the water as it should. Just something to consider in the far future when the hotel needs a renovation. Thank you.

The proximity to the motorway for ease of onward travel

All of the sockets in room two were not accepting the plug adapters so therefore went with our morning drinks and flat batteries on phones . They all just fell out !!
