Fonte Santa Villa

Everything! The lead up to the holiday Marcela was in contact to answer any questions and explain check in. Check in was seamless, really helpful and was a nice a nice touch to be shown around . The heated pool was incredible. The different “social” areas are great from the terrace with ping pong tables and seating area, to the patio by the kitchen, the bar and snooker table in the basement or the many sun loungers round the pool. It was so peaceful and tranquil. The outdoor toilet was a great addition so we didn’t have to walk through the villa wet from the pool. The kitchen was so well equipped and beds were extremely comfy. The villa was extremely clean. We would have never left if we could.

WiFi didn’t extend to the basement but that’s not the end of the world!

The Villa was amazing, everything was well catered for. The games room and pool were great. Supermarket across the road a major plus

A little far out to comfortably walk to the resort centre but taxis were great.

It was better than the photos we viewed so above our expectations. There were enough eating and relaxing areas for the 4 couples. The basement area was perfect for the couple with a 1 year old baby as they were self contained. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The off road parking was very useful as the road outside the property does get passing traffic.

The property is due an upgrade/ refurbishment in the kitchen and outdoor cooking area but in the meantime it’s fully functional. More walk in showers rather than showers over the bath would be another suggestion.

Swimming pool

Beds were very uncomfortable - too hard and pillows had an odour and were also uncomfortable and too small. Disappointed with the level of comfort Too much clutter around for our preference and sorry to say ,the villa is dated and tired in areas. Gardners and pool staff did not show up during the 10 days we stayed. The general constructive criticism would be ‘less is more’
