Os funcionários são muito gentis. Bem localizada e com uma bela visão da Serra da Canastra. O cãozinho existente na pousada é muito legal para brincar na área da piscina
O quarto que fiquei é muito apertadinho, os colchões de espuma precisam ser trocados

Não gostei dos pássaros invadindo e comendo os alimentos que eram colocados para os hóspedes.

O atendimento dos funcionários, o cuidado com a limpeza do quarto. O que mais me chamou atenção foi a decoração com peças da Itália, há várias imagens que remetem a Roma, Veneza, Vaticano e outras regiões da Itália. O imóvel é administrado por descendentes de italianos.

Da localização e da cama - colchão de boa qualidade.
Condições das instalações. Os quartos tinham cheiro desagradável, de umidade, os chuveiros não suportavam a vazão da água.
