Custom Construction. Located on 2.2 acres of beautiful Sonoran Desert, in a private setting. Located adjacent to owner's property, yet with complete privacy. Close to shopping, dining as well as some of the top golf courses in the area. Modern appointments. Plenty of dirt roads and trails for hiking, biking and horse back riding. Equipped with: fully functional kitchen with all appliances; three TV's on cable; DVD and DVR; washer/dryer; two porches; fire pit; Weber propane BBQ; ceiling fans; observation deck; two-car garage; ping pong table; two mountain bikes. All utilities, included. Numerous horse boarding facilities in the area. Ten minute drive to the Mayo Clinic.

Great property far enough away from the crowds but close enough to access all the attractions that the Valley has to offer. Very clean and well appointed. Hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the fire pit and rooftop observation area. Hope to return in the future.

We stayed ten nights, family of three and everything was wonderful. Small, private yard and clean garage. House/casita had everything we needed with very nice touches like snacks and drinks when we arrived. Would stay again!
