Come experience all that Scottsdale has to offer! This home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and enough sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests to spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 4220 square feet of living space. You will feel right at home the moment you step in side. This home is pet friendly and is an ideal accommodation choice for a family or a group of close friends looking for the ultimate experience. The large backyard boasts a beautiful heated pool (Heated October 1st through May 31st) There is a $60.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month.
*Traveling with a dog? No problem. This home allows dogs. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.
*The HOA requires additional information when occupying the home. We will reach out to you to request this information which also includes vehicle information.

Walk into the beautiful large entrance with a atrium which is located in the middle of the home. What surrounds this atrium is a Pool table, kitchen, formal dining table, family room and an Arizona room with another table. The Kitchen is a chef's dream that can easily satisfy the needs of a professional chef or anyone who has a hankering to cook at that level. The spacious kitchen features a gas stove with a pot filler faucet that is mounted over the stove. There is also a flat top stove, oven, microwave, large fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and a pass through window above the sink that's perfect for entertaining from the inside out. The dining area which is off of the kitchen seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools at the counter. There is also an Arizona room with additional seating for 6 that is right off the family room. The family room has a flat screen tv w/ Dish Network, large sectional couch which provides plenty of seating and 2 french doors that leads out to the backyard as well as provided great lighting.
The Master bedroom is on one side of the home while the other bedrooms are on the other. The master bedroom has a King size bed, tv w/ Dish Network, large closet, private bathroom with large Jacuzzi bathtub, separate walk in shower and double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. The second guest bedroom features 2 Queen size beds, large chair and closet. In between these 2 bedrooms is a bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combo. The third guest bedroom features a Full size bed, closet and there is a door that leads out to an extended room that has another Full size bed along with a couch, love seat and door that leads to the back yard. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer just off the kitchen. There is an 3rd guest bathroom with a single sink.
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Beautiful home with privacy yet close to amenities. Exceptionally clean inside the house, although the carpet should be professionally cleaned and the bedding could all be refreshed to give a much more luxurious feel to match the house size. The pool was wonderful but the hot tub is very dated and needs a new filter and there is a pile of random garbage by the pool equipment. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again but would not pay what we did unless updates were made. We much appreciated the already heated pool and allowing our small dog to stay with us.

The house we stayed in was very beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and enjoyable. We just had most relaxing and enjoyable time. We recommend this house and really look forward to coming back here again.

The house was exactly as listed. There is a lot of room and is fairly well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet and an easy drive to everything we needed. The pool was a great asset during the horribly hot summer days and the pool table added entertainment for the kids. The deck was a wonderful place to view fireworks from all over the area on July 4th.

The house overall worked for our one month stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly and great for outdoor running and walking. Our dog was happy. The layout is unique with 4 bedrooms linked together; we had a few guests at different times it accommodated our needs and then some. The living areas of the home are spacious and functional. The Master bedroom (located opposite the 4 linked bedrooms) was roomy and comfortable. A few comments on what would have made this a better stay: the kitchen, while equipped with some great appliances, needs a deep clean. We came across dirty dishes on shelves, rusty knives and everything we utilized needed to be scrubbed beforehand. There was extremely limited glassware (one wine glass) which was surprising. We ended up purchasing a number of basic kitchen items for our stay; if the house is being used for entertaining a large group, plan accordingly. Lastly, there were a few minor leaks (pot filler and the ceiling in the sun room off the tv area) and we experienced a septic issue which took up 2 of our days in the house. The pool table has one functional cue, the rest are trashed. The management team was extremely responsive (the first septic issue was on a Sunday morning) which was resolved quickly for a Sunday and that was appreciated. Then on our last day, the septic issue returned; we decided to pack up and leave a day early since it likely would have been another wasted day (and no water usage which would be extremely difficult for the day of leaving). __Again, overall, it worked for us and if some of the minor things are addressed would be a great place to host a group. As a whole the house is a little tired and could use some refreshing but functional.
