I read a lot of bad reviews and was a little afraid, but everything was ok. Separate room with the bathroom, big bed, balcony, location - for me it's enough to sleep there. Choose it if you need just a place to stay
If you really need a comfort and aesthetics - it's not about this place.

Close to the center and the railway station: checked-in an hour earlier.
Size of the room; hair on the beds; movement detector in the bathroom - the light was turning off every minute; towels and linens didn't smell fresh.
