The property is very clean and spacious for a family of 4.
The 2 rooms have a shared wall with a hole to let the AC pass through from one room to another other. Although the second room had no control over the AC it was not too bad cause the AC still reached it.

Bagno nuovo e posizione della casa top!
Aggiungerei qualche comfort, ad esempio un paio di forbici in cucina, magari un pacco di caffè già a disposizione, dei tovaglioli e delle pinzette per chiudere i pacchi di pasta o altri sacchetti.
