This is a duplex. it is very spacious and has a lot of equipments. this is an old house, i think typical italian, renewed. the kitchen has a lot of equipment and this big and there is one bathroom for each floor. The bathrooms are also new and with high quality materials, especially the first floor. It is located in the small town Partinico, you can drive to besches nearby or to Palermo city.

Typical Sicilian house that was equipped with everything you may need. Very cool despite the super hot weather we had. Located close to the highway and sovery convenient as a base for exploring West of Sicily. Francesco was very kind to recommend us a few places to visit and tips for parking, etc which really helped a lot. The cathedral in Monreale particularly was a gem that we would otherwise have missed. Always parking spaces right in front of the house, supermarket 6-7 minutes walking, pizzeria with takeway 6-7 minutes walking. Very comfortable beds, super clean, we had coffee and cold water left which was truly appreciated. Thank you so much Francesco - would gladly return to your house again when we come back!

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Francesco, qui a pris le temps de bien nous conseiller dès notre arrivée. Il nous a proposé des idées de visites parfaitement adaptées à nos envies: de magnifiques plages accessibles avec notre fille de 3 ans, des sites historiques comme des monuments grecs, et de très bons conseils pratiques pour découvrir Palerme en toute sérénité. Il s'est montré disponible et nous a même proposé de le contacter via WhatsApp si nous avions d'autres demandes pendant notre séjour. Sa maison est magnifique, très propre et située dans une rue typique sicilienne, pleine de charme. Un vrai coup de coeur!
