Clean, good facilities, comfortable

there was parking and it was clean

There wasn’t any hot water until we saw a sign where u had to put on to boost hot water but didn’t see this until late at night and had to have a cold shower

It was large, clean and had essentials that you would need

The mattress was a little hard but that is being picky

Location is great, apartment itself is a decent size.

The boiler was playing up, and there was a leak infront of it. Both mentioned to the owner immediately but they didn't seem bothered at all. No one came out during our stay despite us saying on several occasions we had very little to no hot water. We scraped about 9 minutes of hot water from the shower over Fri - Sun. The dishwasher didn't work which I imagine had something to do with the water issue so a lot of time was spent boiling the kettle and washing everything by hand due to the lack of hot water. Extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work and is beyond filthy in the ceiling as well. And there was foundation on the bottom sheets of the sofa bed which indicated whoever cleans the place just places a fresh cover atop. Booking.com raised the complaint themselves with the owner and they rejected any form of compensation so be warned. If there is a problem over the weekend you are very much on your own!
