The hotel was cute, I felt like I was in Japan, It was nice peaceful, clean tidy, staff was great, good price oh and the onsen was a bonus if you like onsen too l

The onsen and the pool fabulous

They have Onden, sauna and swimming pool, however we didn't try the facilities, kids used the pool but water was a little too cold due to the weather.
The air-conditioning in our first room was leaking, so we were moved to another room on a different floor. Unfortunately, the shower in the new room had no hot water and could only be fixed the next day. The kettle provided was rusty, and we had to request a replacement.
The buffet spread was average, though it was reasonably priced for the hotel. Overall, the hotel feels a little run-down and could benefit from better maintenance.
