We stayed at Ferienwohnung Aschenwald in January for a ski trip, and it was an excellent choice. The apartment is very clean, warm, and well-equipped, exactly what you need after long days on the slopes. Everything is well maintained, and the layout is practical and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and store ski equipment.
The location is ideal for skiing in the Zillertal area. Access to the main ski resorts is quick and easy, whether you’re heading toward Mayrhofen, Zillertal Arena, or Hintertux. Ramsau itself is quiet and charming, perfect for resting in the evenings away from the crowds.
A big plus was the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings, especially in winter. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.
Overall is a great base for a winter ski holiday—comfortable, well located, and excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
