Beautiful relaxing location very quiet and private.
One or two little things to do with repairs but the location made them less important.

Very charming farm house with 2.5 modern bathrooms and kitchen. Such an idyllic location overlooking the vineyards and a stones throw from central Pokolbin. On site winery and cellar door with friendly staff and great wines. Spacious inside; outside lots of room and green space for the kids. Cosy fireplace and reverse cycle air con.
As we were traveling with kids we could have done with a washing machine. Some windows also need some maintenance.

The size of the property
It was really dirty, dead cockroaches on the floor,
mouldy bathrooms, kitchen was in poor condition, no little extras that you would expect from
a property that you rated exceptional
