Great size and location.
Very clean and comfortable.
Needs alot of maintenance work. Some of the outside decking needs maintenance, nails showing through and dangerous. Interior a little old and needing repairs - cornice coming away from ceiling.

We all felt that the property is in need of a facelift. There is a missing cornice in the lounge room and the lounges are old and worn. All rooms need to have heaters and possibly some large rugs on the floor. Although there was paper towel we were unable to find any glad wrap or foil to wrap our food in and there were no tissues. We believe that little things like these are essentials in any guest property.
