George and Anna have really thought of everything

Perfect family retreat when in Paros

The house had everything you could wish for. The beach is very close, as are the bakery, supermarket and village center. The host, George takes pride in what he offers his guests and is very friendly.

A beautiful luxury villa to enjoy your holiday in Paros

This beautiful, fully equipped property caters to all your needs. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, and the cooking and coffee-making facilities are top-notch. You’ll appreciate the convenience of a washing machine and the luxury of powerful showers. The wifi is stable, averaging about 26mb/sec, perfect for streaming Netflix or browsing social media. Located in a peaceful area, the property guarantees quiet time, free from the disturbance of barking dogs, which is a rare find in the Greek Islands. Supermarkets, restaurants, and a pharmacy are all within walking distance. The owner, George, is a wonderful gentleman. He is passionate about his home and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible without being intrusive. His thoughtful touches, like meeting you at the airport, are incredibly helpful for weary travelers, and he does this with a smile. His wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade cake (Thank you, Mrs. George!), and we had wine and coffee available upon arrival. George goes out of his way to assist, and I am proud to call him a friend in Paros.

Exceptional

We had a great stay in George’s house, the house is nicely renovated house with all facilities you need. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms. The house is very cosy and traditional and has a lot of history. It’s Close to the beach and 10 walking to Aliki with supermarket and restaurants. 3 min walking to the bus stop. Everything was really good and we wished we would have stayed longer. PS: Great view from the roof, don’t miss it!

Beautiful place, warm welcome, great care throughout our stay. We had everything we needed. Well furnished house. George was very kind and helpful. We were very pleased with the short meeting with his family. Thank you for everything :-)

Great place!!!

The house is excellent made with Cycladic taste. Equipped with everything. When we arrived, breakfast and local treats were waiting for us. We felt hospitable from the first moment. We love the terrace! Location is a plus. Quite place close to the beach.

Great experience

If you’re looking for a quiet, amazing like home feel accommodation, this is your place! Decorated with the most authentic and traditional pieces that will take you straight away on the beautiful Aegean Sea, sailing into the unknown, this property is one to remember! Mr. George is an amazing host, always helpful. The location is perfect: small and quiet village of Aliki, 10-15 min drive from Parikia and short walk to the beach and 5 min from all the restaurants and the amazing traditional bakery that was one of my highlights in the beautiful island of Paros! Everything was perfect!

A lovely holiday - very many thanks!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Patriko Family House. Our hosts were wonderful and made us feel thoroughly welcome. There was ample information for guests to learn about the local area and services and Giorgos and Anna were happy to provide any extra information that was needed A bottle of wine, cakes, and small Greek treats plus a range of welcome neccessities were all much appreciated. To Patriko is a lovely house, impeccably maintained, very well equipped and it is very well situated only metres from the sea. We loved it!

A longer visit was needed - maybe next time!

Un séjour fantastique à Paros!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison « to Patriko »: la maison est magnifique, très bien rénovée, équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour parfait. L’intérieur comme l’extérieur sont décorés avec goût et l’on s’y sent comme chez soi… Le logement est bien situé dans le charmant village d’Aliki, à proximité de la plage, des restaurants et des services. Et George est d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité extraordinaire! On sent toute la passion qu’il a mise et qu’il met encore dans l’ancienne maison familiale et tout le bonheur qu’il a à accueillir les voyageur chez lui. Un tout grand merci George pour l’accueil, les nombreuses petites attentions et le moment de discussion autour d’un café!
