The management of a facility is judged in situations where problems arise. During my visit, there were multiple problems (I am responsible for all of them), and the management resolved them in a pleasant and efficient way.
I was in two rooms. One of them was somewhat too small. The other was just great.

Great location and perfect apartment for what we wanted in Paris. Good value for money.
There is a lift but barely fits 1 person, this means if like us you have kids and a pushchair etc. it can be a bit of a faff getting up to your room.

Super friendly host. Quick reply on questions. Luggage storage on the day of departure. Very central, 5-10 min walk to various metros. Super easy public transportation to Orly airport
The place is more worn down than the pictures shows. Madras also fells a bit used/old (hard)
