The check-in process was smooth, and the staff member who welcomed us was extremely friendly. He explained everything we needed to know clearly and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is fantastic. It's directly across from one of my favorite restaurants in Paris, Le Relais de l'Entrecôte, and most of Paris's major landmarks are within a short walking distance. The room was spacious (Which is usually rare in Paris), comfortable, and having a balcony was a great bonus.

The breakfast was decent. It gets the job done with a good selection, but it's not the highlight of the hotel.

The location of the place near all luxury hotels, attractions, restaurants and shopping. Outstanding location. The communication from the staff was great. This place is great for couples with no kids or solo traveler. The room found in a floor within a residential area. Very safe and clean. Also they offer lockers to store your luggage after check out with no charge. So you can spend your day in the heart of Paris without moving from one place to the next with your luggage. I would stay there again now I know what they offer.

I didn’t know it isn’t a hotel. There was no waiting area or a living room. I won’t call the breakfast a real one. But the pastries were fresh daily brought to our door at 6am. There was butter, jam, yogurt , spread cheese ,juice and unlimited espresso and multiple tea collection. The room has a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, electric teapot and nesspreso machine.

The location was good for the theatre we were attending. It had a tiny balcony.

I was mislead by the listing into thinking this was a room with a place to prepare food. The room lacked basic amenities and it was impossible to prepare a snack and, most importantly clean up. There were tiny side plates, no bowls, no spoons, no kitchen sink, no dish towels, no dish soap, no kitchen clothes to wipe down, no bin for kitchen waste. Everything had to be washed in the bathroom sink. It was not a kitchenette. There was no dressing table although the table was against a wall which could easily have had a mirror. The bath towels are small and not ar all hotel quality. The shower was awkward as you have to hold the shower head due to the ridiculous placement of the rail. Overall the room was small and a bit shabby. The price is ridiculous for what is was. The owner needs to decide if it is a hotel room or an apartment as it fails at both.
