Our stay at Maria’s Villa was excellent. The property had everything we needed and served as a convenient base between Protaras and Ayia Napa. Andronikos was an outstanding host, always available to answer any questions and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

We had no complaints about the property

Nádherná čistá vila, vše potřebné po ruce, čistý bazén, kousek k moři. V apartmánu k dispozici plně vybavená kuchyň včetně myčky. Dostatek úložných prostor. Přijeli jsme v noci, jednoduše jsme našli klíč, majitel s námi byl stále v kontaktu. Pračka k dispozici. Úžasné místo - cca 5 minut k moři, kamenitá pláž bez davů, další pláže nedaleko. Poblíž supermarket. Příští rok se chceme vrátit.

Nějaká polička v koupelnách by se hodila podobně jako ještě nějaké větší zrcadlo - ale to je spíš už rozmazlenost.

This is a spacious villa with 2 full bathrooms and a private pool, located in the most amazing part of Protaras. As a family of four, we had a car, but also we're able to walk to a few restaurants, a swimming spot, and took a hike at sunset to Cyclop's cave. Our favorite Fig Tree Bay beach with good snorkeling opportunities was just 8 minutes away by car. A perfect, relaxing, worry-free family retreat at Home Away From Home that came with a charming cat living in its yard. The host was a pleasure to communicate with. We would definitely love to return!

Just a suggestion - as this did not affect our enjoyable stay - but adding a couple of hooks or shelving units to both bathrooms would be useful for guests to place items while taking a shower.
