No reading light beside bed. Had to get out of bed and walk to door to turn it off and return in a dark unfamiliar room.

Good location, easy tram ride to the CBD, nice shops and cafes within walking distance. Clean house, easy self-check in option. Nice organised kitchen, comfy bed. Nice and warm central heating.

The place seemed to lack true care or thought. The shower was so ridiculously high I could barely reach it, there was only one bathroom for all the 4 or 5 rooms meaning that if someone was showering (and washing their hair and putting makeup on for an hour) there was no toilet available. The room we had had 2 windows but one of them opened to a common area within the house and another straight to the front yard right beside the front door, so we couldn't have a window open without people looking into the room. The bed was positioned in such a way that the door of the room banged into its corner every time we opened it - not great when wanting to go to the toilet at night with my partner sleeping, even though there would have been plenty of space to reorganise the room. The central heating was nice and warm but the floor panel constantly rattled and the noise was really annoying. Everything was full of signs of what to do and what not to do - felt a bit childish. The cloth in the kitchen guests were supposed to dry all their dishes with immediately after use (according to another sign) didn't absorb water.
