Clean room/accom and superb location
Lighting in the room could be brighter without having to have the blinds up for privacy.

It was perfect for the venue I was attending (NICA) because it was right across the road & I was able to park in the street too. Jade was excellent at getting back to me re any queries too.
You could say noise (if you didn’t want to be right near Chapel Street), but if you are there to experience lots of bars/restaurants then it’s great. Personally I didn’t find it too noisy & I was in the front unit.

The beds were very comfortable, great location
There were nails sticking up through the carpets in room 7- double balcony with ensuite, I impaled my foot, luckily not too badly, but for young children or something that could be very dangerous, there were multiple

The room was clean and had its own private bathroom, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the small fridge inside the room. Check-in and check-out were very easy and everything was handled smoothly via Booking.
The location is great, close to shops and restaurants in Chapel Street.
The biggest issue was the cold: the window has a large gap, so cold air and noise from outside come in constantly. I tried to cover it with a towel, but it was still very cold. There’s no fixed heater, only an electric one, but it didn’t warm the room enough.
Unfortunately for me, it was quite cold in Melbourne during my stay, but I guess it would be much better during summer.
