I enjoyed my stay at HILD-1. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed including good WiFi. Though the method required was complicated (compared to a keybox), the complex instructions worked if followed correctly. I had no problems. The host was very responsive on messages and very helpful. The area had everything needed and was local to all the main tourist locations. I wold definitely use again.
The very complicated access arrangements. having to install an app AND access their webpage to get in is a bit excessive, especially when exhausted from travelling. Though it worked without fault for me, it took a while and the complication was frustrating using a smartphone only.

Location is amazing.
There was a slight issue with check-in, but it was quickly resolved. There was only one plate (we booked for two people). It is missing some basic stuff like scissors or a cloth to dry the dishes.
