Quiet and relaxation in the U.P.! Unparalleled freighter views of ships as they exit the Rock Cut. This rustic cabin has a view of the St. Mary's River and is located between Sault Ste. Marie and Detour, Michigan. Calm protected water that is great for kayaking and fishing. It is some of the best walleye, perch, pike, musky and bass fishing in the Great Lakes. Includes: Fish cleaning station, fire pit, BBQ grills, Kayak rentals, free wi-fi, and ample parking for trailers. Dock space available for additional $20.

It was a very nice cabin but the listing was not correct when we booked. Unfortunately, the type of beds that we had booked were not available at this location. We had full size beds which were hard as a rock, flat pillows, and a small shower. I would recommend upgrades to the cabins by putting at a minimum of queen size comfortable beds, new pillows that don't go flat, and putting in a bigger shower and water heater. The water also smelled like rotten eggs from the sulfur in the water. Also, the Wi-Fi was not very good either. People want to come and feel like they are home and be able to sleep comfortably. The cabins need to be updated but it was nice.
