Quiet and relaxation in the U.P.! Unparalleled freighter views of ships as they exit the Rock Cut. This rustic cabin has a view of the St. Mary's River and is located between Sault Ste. Marie and Detour, Michigan. Calm protected water that is great for kayaking and fishing. It is some of the best walleye, perch, pike, musky and bass fishing in the Great Lakes. Includes: Fish cleaning station, fire pit, BBQ grills, Kayak rentals, free wi-fi, and ample parking for trailers. Dock space available for additional $20.

The property owners were very helpful and at the same time, not intrusive. We loved watching the freighters come down the St Mary’s River after passing through the Soo Locks. The fishing was fine. We even rented a boat to explore more of the river one day. We’d love to visit again!!
