    The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by mountains and mist, making it a peaceful and relaxing destination. We had a wonderful stay, and overall, our experience was very enjoyable. There are a few areas where I believe the hotel could improve. I had requested adjoining rooms on an upper floor before our arrival, but we were allocated rooms on two different floors. While this wasn't a major issue, it would have been appreciated if our request could have been accommodated. The rooftop pool offers breathtaking views, although the water was quite cold for swimming in the evening. I also feel that the in-room dining service could be faster. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, we had to carry our own luggage to the room, as no one assisted us after check-in. This was a little disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Since the hotel is located on top of a mountain, transportation can be challenging. G uests should plan their transport in advance, as it may take some time to find a TukTuk. We had requested transportation to Kandy Town a day before our departure, but unfortunately, it was not arranged. Although the Sales Manager kindly stepped in to help us find a TukTuk, we still had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Despite these minor issues, the hospitality, stunning location, and overall experience made our stay memorable. We were very satisfied with our visit and would definitely return in the future.
