The position is perfect for going to Cala Rossa and exploring the city.
The property answered fast to our request during our stay.
The mattress of the couch bed is not good at all. It should be changed.
The bathrooms should be cleaner. Also, the property should change the pot of the kitchen because their bottom part is burnt.
I would suggest to provide new kitchen sponges for cleaning the dishes between every new guests.

My son and I spent 3 nights at Residenze dello scirocco in Ortega. The apartment is in a lovely old building, very spacious and clean and in an amazing location. It’s just a stroll to bars and cafes and the small beach opposite is lovely- we went for a swim twice a day during our stay. The window has a lovely view of the beach.
The property is lovely - there is nothing we didn’t like. I would recommend adding a small high table and couple of high chairs to take advantage of the lovely view but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect, wonderfully central and easy to find with an uninterrupted sea view.
Zero, we had no water for a few hours but this was a neighborhood issue and the owner was very commutative

The apartment is in a great location - which matters a lot. In this sense, it was perfect.
The host was brief but polite, also great.
The apartment was spacious and clean, and good from a practical standpoint for smaller children, with no stairs.
The appartment is not very cozy. It is at street level with entrance directly from the street and all windows facing directly to the street. Also resulting in being dark despite the inner terrace, which was nice. The terrace was however also a bit dark and noicy, with some machine always humming in the background and a loud noice every time anyone in the buidling flushes the toilet.
Overall we had a great time mainly due to the location, but the place itself is not the very nicest.
