Tampa Gardens Apartments - Adults Only

Апартаментът се намира в края на града, до планината. На висок етаж с прекрасна гледка, Наблизо има спирка на градски транспорт. Чист, с добре оборудвана кухня.

Има само една баня с тоалетна и вана, и отделно самостоятелна тоалетна. Няма отделен душ, което затруднява хора с двигателни проблеми.

Everything perfect besides the bathroom

Great location and very easy access The flat it is very spacious, the view it’s amazing. The bed it is comfortable, also the live room coach it is very comfortable for relaxing. The host was very helpful, proactive and very prompt on answering to all of my queries.

It was a little bit chilly, especially in the night time, even with constant 22 degrees temperatures.

The access to the appartment was straightforward with the given instructions (key in deposit box) There are many parking places available and an elevator. The penthaus-appartment was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an American kitchen, big living room, a huge balcony/ terrace with access from one of the bedrooms and the living room and another smaller balcony with acces from the other bedroom. There was also a closet room with a bacoom cleaner, other cleaning devices, a washing machine and a clothes horse. The panoramic view of the Tampa montain and of Brasov in the distance is very nice. The area is quiet and the proximity of the mountain is a big plus.

The furniture and equipment was extremely basic and low budget for a so called Penthaus. The bathroom accesories were very basic (some falling appart) and no shelves for higiene procucts were available. Huge wardroves but not one single clothes hanger in them. Full equiped kitchen in terms of devices (microwave, oven, induction cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher) but very poor tableware and basic cooking instruments. The balcony furniture was very ugly and dirty. Sadly, what it could be an amazing balcony (placing for example some plants for more intimacy, lights and fitting forniture) it is actually not very inviting.
