The location was ideal for exploring the historical area of Rome. The hotel was a little tricky to find as it is located in a multiunit structure but with the assistance of a kind local, it was easy to sort out. The hotel has rooms on more than one floor. The breakfast was very good with nice staff preparing freshly cooked (to order) eggs & good coffee to accompany the wide variety of breads, yogurt, cereals, juices and cheese & sliced meat. I had mentioned that we would be celebrating a special anniversary & there was a lovely greeting on our bed acknowledging our event. The hotel also arranged for transportation from the airport for members of our family arriving on different dates with the same last name. Could have been confusing but they made it happen perfectly.
The elevator was having some issues which was a concern for those of us unwilling to climb stairs. It only happened one day for a few hours (that we were aware of). It was not the fault of the hotel as a number of businesses shared the same building.

Location was excellent.
Breakfast was marginal at best. Odd configuration for the breakfast area as you walk right into it off your bedroom.
