The property got in touch at the moment of booking the room but also on the day of our arrival. My flight was severely delayed and we arrived long after the check-in time, but the property was in contact with me constantly, putting me at ease. It meant a lot!
The property is in a block of flats, 4th floor with a lift, rooms of the flat converted for accommodation. The rooms have got everything you need for a comfortable stay and also in the corridor, a place was set up to make coffee or tea.
For any issues, the answers on WhatsApp were prompt and helpful.
We stayed 3 in a room for 3 nights and every morning our room was cleaned.
The 2 metro stations nearby (V. Emanuele and Termini) plus the bus stop 70 were very handy for our visit in Rome.
The only issue would be the safety of the area. We didn't have any problems and police was everywhere.

Everything, the staff were very nice and help-full, the location was amazing 10/10 the room was big and clean with a nice view. Felt very safe in there.
Everything was amazing although we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV but then, we didn’t bother asking as we didn’t really use it but im sure if we asked they would’ve helped.
