Everything, the staff were very nice and help-full, the location was amazing 10/10 the room was big and clean with a nice view. Felt very safe in there.
Everything was amazing although we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV but then, we didn’t bother asking as we didn’t really use it but im sure if we asked they would’ve helped.

The staff was very kind and the service was excellent. The place is clean. The bed was very comfortable. The place is very close to subway and the train station. Good location. There is a groceries store right next door.
The air conditioner was extremely loud and it was leaking water on the floor. The water pressure was not good and to start the hot water, the shower needed to run for 5-6 minutes. In general the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable.

The elevator was cool and it was right next to the train station so accessing it was super easy! Our room was great for being able to come in every night and crash after a long day of sight seeing and walking everywhere. The beds were comfy and it was a clean place.
Since it was by the train station, it was pretty loud at night. Nothing crazy, but if you are super sensitive to noises or aren’t used to having the noises of the city in the background I would choose someplace different.
