Scirocco - amazing apartment with terrace in city center

Location is excellent for city restaurants and access to Ferry boats. Apt has a list of recommended restaurants which was very helpful.

There is no office, so it is necessary to contact team to meet at a location for apt key.

A representative of the host met us at the bus stop where we arrived and helped us roll our luggage to the apartment, which was only about 100 meters away, but up about ten steps. Amalfi is on the side of a hill so you often have to go up stairs to reach your apartment. There was a 20 euro fee for arriving between 8 and 10 pm (50 between 10 and midnight). Very nice and modern air-conditioned apartment. Full kitchen with gas burners and half-size refrigerator (but relatively large freezer compartment). HUGE patio above the apartment but stairs up are a bit daunting. It was unseasonably hot during our stay (low 90s) so we did not make much use of the patio. Very near the port so access to ferries and buses was very convenient.

The bathroom and kitchen are on a different level up three stairs. Difficult to see this in the online photos. It is "challenging" to navigate those stairs in the middle of the night so be careful.
