Clean, practical, nice decor and good location.

Nothing unexpected about Amalfi, but not quick or easy getting up and down all the steps.

The people from the hotel that were caretakers of this property were very helpful and kind. The kitchen was functional and clean.

"Outdoor living room" was not private and was merely a clear vinyl tent on a balcony. Because of this, we had to use a separate key to get into the kitchen area and another key to get into the bedroom area. The balcony had a panoramic view with a big wall in front if it. The only way to enjoy the view was to stand up, we just wanted to sit down and relax after walking up and down stairs all day long. The showers were mostly cold. The hot water took a very long time (if ever) to come up to the shower. The bed was a real back breaker. It was unbearable. This room requires prepayment which is non refundable. Otherwise, we would have definitely looked for another place. We have given reviews for all of the hotels we have stayed at in Italy. All of the other facilities have received perfect reviews. But not this one!
