Fantastic view and modern apartment

Everything is perfect: quiet location and the view from the balcony, facilities, well-equipted kitchen - it's a pleasure to cook there, lovely furniture. It feels like home! The host is attentive and helpful. This is my second time there and I hope to come back.

Neighbours are a little bit noisy but it's ok, the host cannot control this issue.

Feels like home or better

The apartment is brilliant. Clean, large enough, with everything you need incl. olive oil and pasta, milk and of course two types of coffee in the kitchen. I felt like at home, it's not comparable to a hotel. The host Giampiero is very attentive and helpful. Thank you! It was a perfect vacation! The apartment is close enough to the town centre, the bus and the sea (about 10 min).

Toller Ort für unseren Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist super schön, großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir konnten jeden Morgen wunderbar auf dem Balkon frühstücken, mit Blick auf die Berge. Zum Strand sind es nur 10min. Spaziergang durch das schöne Noli. Hier hat uns der Strand im Norden am besten gefallen, da keine Sonnenliegen herumstehen. Insgesamt eine 100% Empfehlung für Noli, diese Wohnung und unsere netten Gastgeber.

Host bravissimo: disponibile, gentile ed esauriente nelle spiegazioni necessarie e turistiche Appartamento spazioso e ben pulito. Unica pecca: il Wi-Fi funziona a malapena. Il parcheggio privato è un plus ottimo.

Это лучшие апартаменты, в которых мы останавливались для отдыха. Квартира очень просторная, особенно порадовала ванная. В квартире есть все необходимое, современная бытовая техника, в которой в удовольствие готовить. Все чисто, опрятно. Два балкона, с одного из них открывается шикарный вид на поселок. Достаточно места сушить одежду. Хозяин готов помочь с любым вопросом. Очень удачное расположение. До старого города минут 5, до моря минут 10. Обратно немного дольше, так как идешь в гору. Для нас прогулка до моря и обратно всегда была в удовольствие. Ближайший пляж - достаточно большой кусок - бесплатный, галечный. Вода шикарная, в общем все прекрасно! Рекомендую!

WiFi иногда был слабоват, и для ребенка было проблемой смотреть мультики)

Grandezza appartamento, ben rifornito, posizione e silenzio. Perfetto per una famiglia! Giampiero è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Vicino al centro ed al mare raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata.

L'alloggio era molto pulito, spazioso, silenzioso e dotato di ogni comodità per quanto riguarda gli elettrodomestici. L'assistenza del Sig. Giampero è stata impeccabile, cortese e discreta.

Noli tra storia e relax

Posizione ottimale per visitare il centro e l'accesso alla spiaggia. Le stanze dell'appartamento erano grandi. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e ha cercato di agevolare in tutti i modi la nostra permanenza. Stupenda la vista dalla cucina sulla campagna ligure

10 min loopafstand van het strand, zeer ruim appartement en schoon, parkeergelegenheid voor de deur (makkelijk te bereiken, laat je niet misleiden door googlemaps om de doodlopende weg in te rijden dat is zeker niet nodig), host is makkelijk te bereiken bij vragen

Non vediamo l’ora di tornare presto ospiti del Signor Giampiero Noli bellissimo borgo marinaro.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gianpiero con tutte le sue piccole attenzioni, ci ha fatto trovare persino dei dolcetti tipici all’arrivo. L’appartamento è pulito e accogliente oltre a essere dotato di tutto il necessario.
