Posizione vicina al centro, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, locali spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione con l'host.
Arredamento scarso, mancanza della tenda nella vasca da bagno/ doccia. Inoltre le camere erano fredde al pomeriggio, si sono scaldate in tarda serata.

Ottimo soggiorno a due passi dal cuore di Noli
Alloggio spazioso, pulitissimo e profumato. Dotato di tutti gli essenziali e qualche extra (caffè, zucchero, brioches, nonché detersivi per lavare i piatti). Cucina attrezzata di tutto: frigo e congelatore, fuochi, forno, microonde e anche la lavastoviglie. Lavatrice nel bagno. Materassi comodi. Posizione ottima, tranquilla, all'ingresso del centro storico.
Una stanza matrimoniale (l'unica che inizialmente ci era stata aperta) ha il letto da una piazza e mezza francese (140cm), un po' giusto per 2 adulti. Manca una tenda o un box intorno alla vasca per non allargare il bagno facendo la doccia e una luce dallo specchio del lavandino. Gli infissi un po' datati lasciano passare aria e rumori, ma forse dipende anche dal fatto che abbiamo soggiornato in inverno in giorni di vento fortissimo.

Die Wohnung liegt dicht bei der Altstadt in einem ruhigen Viertel. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Die Heizung und das Warmwasser funktionieren sehr gut.
Ein großer Teil der Einrichtung ist alt und beschädigt, wir wurden schriftlich angewiesen, eine Schublade in der Küche nicht zu benutzen, weil sie sonst auseinanderfällt. Das Schlafsofa in der Küche eignet sich nicht als Bett. In den Fugen und um Fenster und Türen herum finden sich überall alte Schmutzränder. Es gibt kaum Haken für Handtücher und Jacken. Es gibt keinen Duschvorhang. Wir hatten am Vorabend vorsichtshalber gebeten, für uns 3 Personen auch 3 von den Betten zu beziehen. Man hat uns vor die Wahl gestellt, entweder 25 € zu bezahlen, damit das Zimmermädchen nochmal kommt, oder das Bett selber zu beziehen. Die Beschreibung ist falsch: 1. Es gibt die 2 Einzelbetten nicht, statt dessen nur ein großes Ehebett mit durchgehender Matratze und einer(!) Decke. 2. Es gibt keinen Essbereich im Freien, da der Balkon nicht möbliert ist. Wir können die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und werden ganz sicher nicht wiederkommen.

Schöner Familienurlaub
Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Lage war toll und die Wohnung genügend gross für uns als 5 köpfige Familie. Als wir einmal ein eigenverschuldetes Problem hatten (Schlüssel in der Wohnung und Türe geschlossen) hat sich die Besitzerin zum Glück sofort darum gekümmert und uns geöffnet. Vielen Dank!

Estaba en un lugar céntrico, la cama era cómoda y tenía una buena terraza
Los muebles de la cocina estaban casi todos rotos, no abrían o cerraban bien, no había cortina en la bañera por lo que cuando te duchabas (de rodillas) inundabas el baño de agua, nos dieron una toalla sucia
