The staff were really welcoming and helpful. They were all great with our young children too! The location was great, right opposite the entrance to the park.
Nothing, all good. We didn’t use the breakfast service so can’t comment on that.

It was clean. Close to nice restaurant on riverbank
We were informed the canopy walkway was opened but closed on Fridays. When we got there they told us it had been closed for weeks for maintenance. We had asked at least twice if a cot was available and they never responded. We got there and was told they have none - not sure why this was an option on booking.com
