About a 10-minute walk to Kuala Tahan Jetty, but still quite a challenge especially after a long day 😂 We were given a room right at the very end, facing the construction area, so there wasn’t much to praise about the view. The toilet was also clogged and not very comfortable. Since there was a large group staying at the same time, I doubt they would have been able to change our room anyway. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Could be because the group was quite big, so the food portion didn’t really match the number of guests. There aren’t many activities around the place either, apart from walking towards the jetty area for dinner and exploring the surroundings. Overall, it’s just okay as a place to stay if your main purpose is to do activities in Taman Negara. Don’t expect too much from the accommodation — it’s more about having a place to sleep before heading out for your jungle activities.
