Camera semplice ma pulita e con tutti i confort. posizione è fantastica, proprio di fronte al mare e vicinissima a diversi ristoranti. Un valore aggiunto è il bellissimo bar "Mojito" accanto, con un'atmosfera davvero carina e un personale gentilissimo.

Ruhig, das Zimmer war nicht gross, aber man ist ja fast die ganze Zeit draussen. Die Dusche hatte gutes Wasser, stark und warm. Nur es gab keinen Haltegriff für die Duschbrause. Als Mann OK. Für Frauen mit langen Haar schlecht und schade. Die Nähe zum Strsnd ist super. Auch die Bar mit gutem Mittagessen passt. Der Strand ist gut und nicht überfüllt. Man kommt in 5 Min zur Bushaltestelle Nr. 10. Das ist sehr praktisch. Die Busse sind voll, aber das stört nicht. Dafür zuverlässig und alle 10 Minuten

Es stank fast leider die ganze Zeit aus dem WC. Das muss an der ganzen Kanalisation liegen. Geputzt wurde gut und sauber alle 2 Tage.

L'emplacement exceptionnel jardin et plage très jolie à 20m.La navette vers skiathos. 2 cafés restaurants avec plage aménagée très sympas. Hôtel de charme. Chambre spacieuse avec petite terrasse. Cuisine. Personnel discret et accueillant.

La déco des chambres un peu triste et old fashion. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas prévu de faire des courses le petit déjeuner (café) tard à partir de 9h!. Une cafetière serait bienvenue dans les chambres.

Location was good.

Communication with the owner was poor. Booked and paid for three nights only to be advised that a mistake had been made and our first night’s accommodation could not be honoured. After much persuasion and pleading, Eleni the owner, found another accommodation for us on the first night at a neighbouring hotel. We were satisfied and asked her to confirm this in an email. A week before leaving Australia, we followed up with another request to receive written confirmation from Eleni, which never arrived. Therefore, we were not willing to turn up and find out we had nowhere to stay. Accordingly, we phoned and advised Eleni that we would not be arriving that first night as we had not received any written confirmation. Eleni claims to have phoned and left a confirmation on our Australian number, to which we did not have access since we left Australia. On arriving at Maniatis Garden on day two, we were advised by Eleni that there would not be any refund on the accommodation money we had paid for the first night’s accommodation and that both parties had lost out. Needless to say we were not impressed.
