- Walking distance from most places - looks a lot better in real life compared to photos (advertised badly online)
- really good and quick aircon
- 2 of the beds were really comfy (double room with aircon, en-suite double to left on entrance)
- only top left stove worked
- large lack of utensils (some of which were dirty on arrival)
- we had difficulties with the toilet in en-suite to the left on entrance as it would drop water all night loudly
- problems with keys and locks
- kitchen door & ensuite room (to left on entrance) door wouldn’t shut
- hot water didn’t work on day four of our stay but that could’ve been our fault with mass showering

The room is like and small apartment, and having the option to cook is very useful in Hvar, helping to save money (restaurants are expensive here)
The room is comfortable
It was 9 min walking from the city center, what as good, but a walk with many stairs. The owner did not speak English, what made communication harder.
The shower did not heat well, but it was very hot so this did not end up being a problem.

the apartment was in a very good location. close to beaches, shops and food establishments. The apartment was very clean for when we arrived. The outdoor table was perfect for evening meals and drinks.
the apartment is outdated and could do with a renovation.
