Just the bathroom which is across the hall by 3 steps😊😊 which i knew already, but the view outside compensates the minor inconvenience.

Perfect
The perfect view of the north face of the Eiger and its surrounding mountains, hills and pastures. Proximity to the trains, cable cars and Grindleward. Simple parking was a bonus

Classic Grindelwald Challet
Agents handling rental were kind and helpful. Apartment location is about 1 km from main part of town for a nice walk, and bus is available across the street. The space was quiet and has a beautiful deck for dining with a view of Eiger and surrounding countryside. Room is on third floor for info to those carrying bags. Bed was very comfortable, and having it in a separate room was nice. Kitchen had everything needed, though 2 very close proximity hobs were a little challenging for two pot/pan cooking. Everything was clean and tidy. We appreciated free parking and ground floor laundry.
There was some construction of the new gondola terminal a couple streets below, which was interesting to us, but may not appeal to everyone and should be complete in 2020. Bath is located across the hall from kitchen/living area, and not really a problem as we were the only ones on the floor during our stay.

Die Aussicht auf die Eigernordwand ist sehr spektakulär. Das Dorfzentrum ist leicht abgelegen, mit dem kostenlosen Dorfbus aber gut erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden.
Die Hauptstrasse liegt gleich unterhalb des Chalets. In der Nacht ist der Verkehr aber gering. Am Morgen und Abend nimmt er in der Winterzeit aber stark zu. Das eigene Bad ist ausserhalb der Wohnung, dadurch ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis der Wohnung nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.

Alles war soweit bestens.
Die Lage von der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Klein aber ausreichend. Das Badezimmer über den Gang kein Problem. Die Ausstattung war i.o.
Leider hat es keinen Backofen und keine richtige Kaffeemaschine., nur Filtermaschine. Ansonsten hatten wir alles was wir brauchten.

Das Badezimmer ist zwar groß und gut geheizt, aber außerhalb der Wohnung, also über den Gang. Appartment ist im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug
