The property could use some general maintenance work,

The location was good, the kitchen equipment was good, it was very clean, the pool was good but much smaller than it seemed from the photos.

the villa was advertised as 3 bathrooms but was only 2.5 which was very disappointing as I wouldn't have booked it with only 2 bathrooms. Also parking space for 2 cars was advertised but only small cars would have been able to navigate into it. There was no a/c only free standing fans, the fridge/freezer had a leak and the door handle was loose and the shower leaked in the bathroom.

La proximité d'un petit centre ville, accès à la boulangerie à pied

Maison en hauteur mais trop proche de la route (beaucoup trop bruyant), piscine difficile d'accès par une échelle et trop proche de la terrasse, l'éloignement de la mer (indiquée à quelques mètres) et le stationnement de la voiture, pas de parking mais une allée trop étroite pour une voiture SUV et impossible d’accéder à l'emplacement prévu car trop étroit.
