The location was very good

Only having one key for the pool very inconvenient

Lo que más nos gusto del apartamento fue sin duda alguna, el señor Francisco, conserje del edificio. Súper amable, atento y servicial. Si alguna vez volvemos nos gustaría muchísimo verlo de nuevo Ojalá este mensaje llegue a quien corresponda, y se tenga muy en cuenta la labor de este señor

El acceso a la piscina es muy incómodo si vas con carrito de bebé (solo hay acceso por escaleras y varios tramos) además hay una prohibición de flotadores, la cual entiendo porque la piscina es pequeña pero por otra parte los niñ@s lo necesitan, por lo que creo que no vendría mal establecer un tamaño máximo y que así algunos si pudieran permitirse La nevera es demasiado pequeña. Tanto los colchones como las almohadas necesitan renovación.

Very comfortable well located and you felt part of the Spanish community. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Everything you needed from a self catering apartment.

Finding the property in the early hours was difficult.

This is my second time staying in this apartment & the reason we chose to stay again is purely because of the 2bedroom/bathroom and the amazing location. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need & the aircon has improved from last year! Location is exactly where I like to stay in Calpe, the beach is a 5 minute walk & there are countless beautiful restaurants in every direction

The sofas & beds are ridiculous. For this reason we wouldn’t return to this apartment. The single beds were adequate for my 5 year old but they are so flimsy my older daughter really struggled to sleep. The double bed is absolutely tiny & the mattress is SO thin. The room is a good size and could benefit fron a slightly bigger, more sturdy bed to accommodate 2 adults. We have stayed in many apartments in Calpe and understand that alot of them are outdated but we slept so bad that we couldn’t justify it with the price increase this year. The sofas in the livingroom are also really really hard to sit comfortably on. I think it would benefit from one, larger sofa & maybe an armchair
