We loved the home, the pool, grotto and water slide were a huge hit with the kids. It was a perfect location, centrally located and highly recommend the golf cart rental. The only issue we had was with the hot tub, they took great care of the pool throughout the week but were never able to get the hot tub working.

Beautiful large family home, with lush landscaped pool area… waterfalls, slide, hot tub and nice seating. Great for our family! The house was cleaned before we arrived, but the floors were filthy. My grandchildren all take their shoes off when they come in, but their feet were covered with dirt by bedtime. The floors were NOT washed. The pool was not cleaned till Monday, two days after we arrived. As a pool owner it should have been vacuumed, not just net scooped. Each bathroom was supplied with only two (2) thin bath towels. Four (4) would really have been nice. The kitchen had loads of dishes and glasses, but only enough silverware for one meal. Two dishwashers should be in a home of this size, as we had to run the dishwasher after every meal.
