The main level is spacious with a full-open kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The large dining room has a massive table with room for everyone. The living room has lots of comfy seating and large smart TV for relaxing.

* Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
*Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was our first time visiting AMI and we loved it! The house we rented was perfect for our large group of 17 (7 adults/10 kids). It was key that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. We also really appreciated the double sets of washer and dryers. I will mention though that other than some basic items like toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, tissues, etc. to get you started, there really is nothing extra included as far as food prep goes. I would suggest adding a few baking sheets for oven use. Also, providing salt, pepper, and sugar would be nice. We have stayed at other properties that have provided this.The pool and outside living area was great. The kids swam a ton and all the adults enjoyed just hanging out. We had to fill the pool multiple times because the water level was getting low, but I'm sure a lot of that was because the kids swam so much! It was also super convenient and nice being so close to the beach. It was literally a two to three minute walk from the rental. A lot of beach equipment was included. However, there were only two umbrellas for use, so if you have a large group of people and want more shading on the beach, you will need to purchase or bring your own coverage. There are lots of places to eat on the island but we did find it a bit challenging to get into places with our size group. We did a lot of grilling and eating at the rental. Overall, it was a great trip and we plan to visit AMI again! Thanks for the memories!

Home was clean enough (LVF floors vacuumed but in need of a good washing), well decorated, close to beach. Layout (every bedroom is an ensuite) worked well for our family group. As for the kitchen, there were 5 plastic wine glasses (no glass ones), and not enough of any other same-sized glasses for a home of its size. Our group was 11 adults and three infants. The dishwasher wheels were broken, and the drier function produced a burning smell, rendering it unusable. The kitchen faucet, probably broken, did not have a stream-only function; it always sprayed. The upstairs washer also was moldy and unusable. There were missing lightbulbs, a broken toilet seat, and a broken dresser. None of this (except for the lack of glassware and the D/W) impacted our enjoyment of the home. Our main complaint is that it took 3 times over two days (of a 5 day rental) to get a response from the management company. When someone finally responded they claimed they didn't receive the messages, even though we used the email and phone number provided on the welcome card in the home. The directions for the pool in the in-home booklet didn't match how the pool really operated, and we never did get the spa blowers to work. The management company finally delivered extra wine glasses, but not the plastic ones suitable for poolside use. Nor did they send anyone over to look at the dishwasher. For the price, the house should be better maintained.
