The house is in a very good location, and the view is stunning. The village is really quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and attentive. The roads to the village are a bit challenging, so it's best to arrive early. 😄 It was a wonderful holiday.

Good

We loved the grand view and the warm evenings on the balcony. We were grateful for the welcome wine and we loved the grand window to the south and the sunsets over the mountains. The fridge was large and there even was a dishwasher in the appartment. Internet works perfectly and connection quality is good. The village of Maze is well suited as a starting point for alpine hikes and on the warm and sunny side of the mountains, which may come in handy when hiking in june or later in the season

its a room with an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette in the souterrain of a Chalet. Parking outside the village. The room is furnished with black leather and diamond furniture, a man nude not quite fitting into the idea of an alpine cottage. The shower sink is not quite tight, sewer odour is oozing out.

Amazing location, very cosy. Great use of the space, lovely bathroom with fancy shower. Lots of nice provisions. Good privacy, in a quiet village. You know what you want if you are looking at this, and you won’t be disappointed.

Decor not to everyone’s taste. Though we turned it up, the fridge still froze out fruit and veg, which spoiled it.

Good

The studio itself apart from the shower is stunning and cozy, the view is just wonderful, such as the location, the village and the fun trip with the Postauto up to the accomodation. Very lovely welcome gift from the host, thank you!

To the host: - Remove unsafe steam in shower which is exposed at leg level, I completely steam burned my leg and could not do the hike we had planned or the city trip on day of check out as I had two massive burns and I couldn't wear my hiking boots. I booked a room with spa shower for an extra touch of luxury after a long day of travelling I entered the tiny shower and stood in the left corner while setting up the heat of the water, little did I know that next to my left leg in the corner on ground level was an exposed steam machine. I must have turned it on accidently and instantly burned my leg on the steam. I did run cold water over the burn for 20min but nothing helped I ended up having a large blister which popped, we had to cancel all our hikes and adventures as I could not get into my shoes. I now have to see a doctor which is also extremely expensive as we are only in Switzerland for a holiday. I would expect a compensation for this awful and unsafe incident and recommend booking.com to only put up safe accommodations but booking.com does not compensate for incidents like that. The steam machine is not covered by anything and in faint red colour it does say “careful, hot surface” (see attached photos) but when one is new to a country and accommodation they should be warned of the danger in a more obvious way because to be honest who expects to enter a shower of an expensive accommodation in Switzerland and to steam burn themselves. - Charge ipad before arrival so people can see wifi info, heater instrucations etc. Ours was flat when we arrived so we needed to wait for you to answer us. - Let people know before arrival where exactely key lock is, if they arrive in the dark like us they can't find it easily without instructions.

A gorgeous little place in a quaint village with intricate vallais wooden houses. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, it's very quiet and serene. The chalet is very well equipped, incl the kitchen. Check in and check out are easy and flexible. Highly recommended!

The only ting is that there are two apartments, and I could always hear the neighbours' music and noise on the balcony.

Perfect place to disconnect, enjoy the amazing views of nature, with top comfort and cleanness.

The chalet was in an beautiful quiet location. The owners gave very detailed instructions to arrive and check in/out, complying with COVID regulations. Inside was very clean and fully equipped to have an unforgettable experience. Definitely to repeat!

Honestly I cannot think of anything I did not like. Everything was excellent! Even though there was no private parking, there were plenty of available free spots right near the chalet. Superb!

Exceptional

The chalet is situated in a charming small village and offers a stunning view of the mountains! It’s perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway! The communication with the host was great and the welcome at the cottage was wondeeful: the fireplace was on and there was a welcome drink. The hosts make home made apricot jam and liquor which can be bought at the chalet (and I recommend to do so, they both taste great!) The place was cery clean and well equiped. Overall great value for the price. Would highly recommend the place.

Chalet sympa dans un jolie petit village.

La cuisine n'était pas pratique et il manquait de vaisselle (3 assiettes alors que ce chalet est annoncé pour 4/6 personnes) Le balcon est trop petit pour pouvoir manger en extérieur.
