    Unfortunately, I have to give the accommodation a low rating due to the poor treatment I received from one of the receptionists. There are ways to communicate things, and she chose the worst way on multiple occasions. When you leave the accommodation, you must leave your key. When I went back to get it, she threw it on the counter with clear signs that she didn't even want to help me. For my part, I didn't do anything at any point; I remained indifferent because I respect people and the staff. As for the facilities, the shower and toilet were fine, but the capsule was somewhat uncomfortable. The mattress wasn't comfortable. The location was just okay.

    Great location with walkable distance to Shibuya station and nearby attractions. Clean bedsheet, reasonably clean restrooms and showers. Just a small observation that the trash bins and toilets were smelly

    I never went to this establishment. I made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and there was one day extra that I didn’t need to stay however, I was unable to change the date or cancel the reservation in the end I had canceled my trip so I didn’t go and never went to the hotel open till now I’ve had no trouble with canceling,, especially when it’s several months before the reservation.
