Location, bathroom.

Cracked and hard to operate window, broken furniture, no sheets for bed, just duvets and pillows, not neatly cleaned.

Only one large bed sheet. Was not comfortable with a kid sleeping together.

Few little details could improve the whole experience. However, in general we enjoyed our stay.

Location and neighborhood. Spacious inside, there is a lift in the building.

Bedsheet, not enough towels. Coffee just for one time even though we stayed couple of nights.

Close to Grand SPA Lietuva

Close to Grand SPA Lietuva (this is what we needed) and in the downtown - perfect location for those who want to be in the centre. I liked that there was a balcony. Bathroom was very good - shower worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable. The location was very quite. Slept well.

Few elements of the apartment were not clean. I had to wash dishes prior to using them. It was dirty under the sofa. Other things were very clean: bathroom, bedroom etc. The building is new and it gets hot very fast, although there was an AC. I would have expected one tablet per one or two days for the dish washer - it was none. Same for coffee - at least one capsule per day, or for the first day before you figure out what kind of capsules to buy.

Enough space for one or two persons, very important - dog friendly(!), comfortable bed, bath, balcony, city center - everything is close:)

Car parking too far away somewhere in the city, so not every time can find a place to park a car. Not easy to adjust temperature inside the rooms when outside is raining/sunny. Noises from the church.

keli smulkūs dalykai, visiškai negadinę bendro patogumo, geros vietos ir erdvės, t.y. vienas langas sunkiai užsidarė, vienos kėdės atlošas nulūžęs, dulkės po sofa ir kamščiatraukis lūžtelėjęs :) bet čia tik smulkmenos :)

Labai nešvarūs apartamentai

Labai gera lokacija

Šeimininkus viešnagės metu informavome apie nepatogumus - trūko patalynės asmeniui, deja, nesulaukėme jokio atsakymo ar pagalbos. Mums skirta patalynė labai nemaloni, tokia senovinė - kaip pas močiutę. Dar neteko apsistoti tokiuose netvarkinguose apartamentuose! Virtuvės zonoje ant spintelių maisto likučiai, gartraukis apaugęs riebalais ir dulkėmis, užuolaidos su skylėmis, langas net įskilęs! Vonioje visos plytelės nutaškytos ir nevalytos, miegamajame guli lovoje ir žiūri į lubas, ant kurių pritvirtinta didelė lempa su milijonu musių joje. Kažkoks siaubas. Kambariuose temperatūra nesireguliuoja, langai neatsidaro. Lygintuvo neradom, kavos aparatas Dolce Gusto yra, tik nebuvo kapsulių - teko ryte bėgti į parduotuvę. Viskas aplūžę, nudaužyta, nuplyšę. Sieninių spintų durys kai kur nesidarinėja. Viskas reikalauja cheminio valymo ir kosmetinio remonto. NIEKADA negrįšim ir nerekemenduojam.
