Views across the estuary were great. Location was slightly out of town. Easy access to the devon coastal walk to exercise the dog. Comfortable.
Slightly dated interior. A few minor issues rectified by the owner.

Literally 2 tiny things which tbh aren't important tbh. No bath plug that I could find, and hot water taps were trickles but shower was great regardless.

Property was fine Just a small niggle I Would have loved to have had plates bowls cups etc that actually matched as everything was very random in the kitchen IKEA is always a good option But wouldn’t put me off telling others about staying if asked .

Comfortable rooms. Half decent location.
We were allocated the Slipway, a disabled friendly apartment, NOT the Boatyard that was put on the website. Kitchen light and two other lamps didn’t work, actually didn’t work, didn’t need bulbs replacing. Also could hear people in above flat walking about. Place felt unloved. Very disappointed.
