Location, parking just opposite, great communication from owner. Very comfy beds and overall nice stay.

The owners need to review all the kitchen wear. Frying pan needs chucking, nearly all glasses have cracks or chips in them including plates, not enough so constantly having to use dishwasher. Such easy fixes this is constructive feedback. Cleaner also needs to go over areas such as bed heads very dusty and handmarks. Spare bin bags would also be useful left in cupboard. Review pillows in pink room and all pillow protectors too.

Convenient location and comfortable - loved the top floor and reading in window

Beautiful location set on the waterfront with easy access to Appledore pubs and restaurants. Just what we wanted.

Key safe access so very easy. Wonderful view from the top bedroom. Wonderful view from the outdoor balcony. Appledore is a lovely place to stay - lots of good places to eat. A great deli. Good walking from the door. Parking is very close by. The place was clean. I couldn't find any bins in the to put our rubbish in in the car park - so double check where it needs to go before you leave the house. I took ours home with us. Im really not sure why we pay to rent places and then have to strip beds and take the rubbish away .. 'it didnt use to be like that in the old days' ...

The bed linen - it was poly cotton - had I known in advance I would have taken my own linen with me. Call me a princess - my body temperature cannot regulate with synthetics and I had completely forgotten that synthetic bed linen was still used. I simply didnt get any sleep. For this reason I have marked it down. As other reviews have stated - the kitchen window is directly on the street with no curtain or blind for any privacy. I can see how this could feel quite intrusive as some times of the year. The stairs are steep in the house - again no problem for me - but it would be for some.
